This ALP Exchange session is an open, peer-driven conversation designed to surface questions, challenges, and best practices that don't always make it onto an Affinity Group meeting agenda—but impact nearly every leadership program.
Together, we'll explore marketing and how programs are attracting, engaging, and retaining participants and community support, including:
- Reaching the right audiences and building awareness in your region
- Messaging, branding, and telling your program's story effectively
- Digital tools, social media, and low-cost strategies that are working
- Engaging alumni, employers, and community partners as advocates
- What's resonating and what's falling flat
