Event Description
This workshop builds confidence and clarity around the financial realities of sustaining leadership programs. Participants will explore funding structures, financial storytelling, revenue and expense analysis, and the role of transparency in building trust with stakeholders, donors, and partners.

Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
  • Conduct a practical audit of revenue streams and expenses
  • Communicate financial realities clearly and confidently to stakeholders
  • Use financial data as a storytelling tool to demonstrate impact
  • Strengthen grant development and funder relationship practices
  • Connect funding strategies to long-term sustainability and mission alignment
This course is included in ALP's Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) designation curriculum but is open to anyone eager to deepen their leadership knowledge, regardless of whether they are pursuing the CCLP designation.
