Course objectives:

Developing volunteer leadership.
Implementing successful strategies to recruit organizational leadership.
Learning board best practices.
Building a volunteer structure for future leaders to emerge and creating succession plans for key roles.

CCLP | Study Group - Adult Learning & Managing Boards/Volunteers

Preparing to sit for the CCLP exam? We know many of you are working to complete your Mastery (pre-designated) and Elective coursework to take the CCLP Exam. To help you prepare for the exam, we now offer complimentary study groups to anyone who has completed the CORE and Mastery Sessions! The study groups will review the objectives and outcomes of each module, key takeaways, and exam expectations.

This session covers two Mastery courses: Adult Learning and Managing Boards/Volunteers

All study groups will be led by Jessie Baginski, CCLP, Director of Programs.
