This Leadership Connections session, facilitated by Jonathan Parker, aims not to diminish or evade these challenging conversations but to equip you with the tools to effectively handle them when they occur. In this upcoming training session, you will gain actionable strategies to prepare your leaders for such conversations, learn practical approaches to navigate challenging discussions and discover how to leverage these moments as opportunities for growth and learning.
By the end of the session, you will leave with the expertise to adeptly steer through difficult conversations, fostering a sense of common ground among your leaders while respecting and embracing the diversity of viewpoints.
About the Speaker: Jonathan is a visionary leader, captivating speaker, and founder of The JRP Group, dedicated to empowering leaders with expertise in communication, leadership, and strategy. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has impacted audiences globally, delivering keynotes, workshops, and corporate trainings, and presenting at a TEDx event. Jonathan's partnership with Leadership Greenville spans over a decade, where he has hosted class days, moderated conversations and panels, and provided communication training.

The Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) certification is designed to enhance individual performance, elevate professional standards, and recognize association, chamber of commerce, and other nonprofit professionals who demonstrate the knowledge essential to the practice of program development in a leadership organization.Candidates must complete 16 hours of CORE training before proceeding to the pre-designated coursework.
