We have all found ourselves in more virtual meetings this past year than we have probably encountered in our entire lives thus far. What once seemed to be the exception is becoming more of a norm. However, just because we are holding and participating in more virtual meetings doesn’t mean they are getting better or easier. Virtual meetings require a different set of tools and strategies to be successful. This session will model the use of tools to create effective and engaging virtual meetings, provide you with some strategies and best practices, and address frequently asked questions about managing virtual meetings. You will leave this session with tools and tips that you can implement immediately to take your virtual meetings to the next level.
