This ALP Exchange session is an open, peer-driven conversation designed to surface questions, challenges, and best practices that don't always make it onto an Affinity Group meeting agenda—but impact nearly every leadership program.

Together, we'll explore CRM tools and how programs are managing participant data, relationships, and program operations, including:

• Choosing, implementing, and evaluating CRM tools for your program's needs
• Tracking alumni engagement, program milestones, and participant journeys
• Data integrity, privacy, and access considerations
• Integration with existing systems, workflows, and reporting processes
• What platforms and approaches peers are using right now—and what they'd do differently
