Event Description
This workshop reframes conflict as an opportunity for insight and growth. Participants will learn how stress responses shape behavior, how polarity thinking influences group dynamics, and how to facilitate conversations that build trust while maintaining accountability.

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify and navigate polarities and “either/or” thinking
  • Respond to challenging behaviors with clarity and composure
  • Use a structured framework for trust-building conversations
