Event Description
This session focuses on strengthening relationships with boards, volunteers, and alumni to support long-term program stability and impact. Participants will explore strategies for alignment, engagement, and role clarity while building a strong and active network of supporters and ambassadors.

Learning Outcomes

  • Cultivate meaningful volunteer involvement
  • Activate alumni as champions, mentors, and ambassadors

This course is included in ALP's Certified Community Leadership Practitioner (CCLP) designation curriculum but is open to anyone eager to deepen their leadership knowledge, regardless of whether they are pursuing the CCLP designation.
