Join us for a special virtual session on March 5th at 1:00 PM ET to further explore the Civity-ALP-NLN Partnership. This collaboration is designed to equip leadership professionals with the tools to foster a mindset and practice of building relationships across differences. By supporting Community Leadership Programs (CLPs), this initiative aims to empower alumni to bridge societal divides—helping individuals connect across the differences that shape and sometimes separate us.

The partnership’s goals are simple yet profound:

  • To offer individuals a positive, meaningful experience of engaging with someone they see as “different.”
  • To create a space where everyone feels valued and heard, especially those who have been silenced or marginalized.

During this session, we’ll share updates on the partnership, provide a glimpse into the impactful Civity approach, and facilitate an open discussion. We encourage you to invite one or two alumni from your program to join and experience how building social trust across differences can transform communities.

Don’t miss this opportunity—register today!

A Pacesetter Membership is a select level of membership specially designed for ALP members who are the most progressive...those who serve as the models and exemplars of the industry. A Pacesetter is someone who thinks two steps ahead, not where we are today but where we should be in the future.

Pacesetters gather virtually every month to level up their conversations and challenge their colleagues from across the nation. For more information, click here.
