Executive orders have the power to shape policies, influence communities, and redefine leadership priorities. In this session, members of ALP will come together to discuss the ripple effects of recent executive orders on our organizations, programs, and the communities we serve.

Through facilitated dialogue, participants will unpack key policy changes, share insights on navigating challenges, and discuss opportunities for leadership programs to respond effectively. This session will focus on the impact of federal funding freezes.

Join us as we navigate the complexities of today’s decisions to create a meaningful impact for tomorrow.

A Pacesetter Membership is a select level of membership specially designed for ALP members who are the most progressive...those who serve as the models and exemplars of the industry. A Pacesetter is someone who thinks two steps ahead, not where we are today but where we should be in the future.

Pacesetters gather virtually every month to level up their conversations and challenge their colleagues from across the nation. For more information, click here.

The Zoom link for each affinity group is only shared with members who have opted-in to specific groups. To sign up for an affinity group, click here

For members who are signed up for Affinity Groups, you can access the Zoom link through the "projects/committees" drop-down after logging into the ALP website.

Grab your favorite beverage and join us for Coffee & Connection, a casual one-hour Zoom session hosted by ALP's Membership Director, Zoë Lewis-Monkman.

This is the perfect opportunity for new and existing members to connect, ask questions, and learn more about the benefits of being part of the ALP community. In a world continually growing in complexity, the power of self-awareness can be harnessed to help guide leaders and inform how we serve and create. The more we become aware of our inner landscape, the more equipped we become to lead with greater clarity, creativity, and effectiveness. This 90-minute Leadership Connections virtual workshop will dive into a better understanding of why self-awareness and leadership effectiveness are linked and provide clear models that help highlight why it is crucial to continue deepening our awareness. Participants can expect to learn more about human neurobiology, reactive behavior, and tools for gaining better insight into themselves. Attendees will leave this workshop with avenues to apply this content to their organizations, teams, and programming.

About the Speaker: Bryce Roberts is a licensed psychotherapist with a leadership development and coaching background. He is the owner and operator of Foxwood Counseling & Consulting, LLC. Before establishing this practice, he worked for Leadership Toledo (OH), where he focused on both adult and youth programming. Bryce believes deeply in the correlation between leadership effectiveness and self-awareness. He holds certifications from The Leadership Circle, an MA in Theology, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
