Join Teresa DeFlitch, Director of Leadership Development at Leadership Rhode Island, for a fast-paced and fun deep dive into creative facilitation. Together we will explore what it means to be an authentic and vulnerable facilitator, able to bring out sincere interactions between not only program participants, but in other contexts, team or board members. In this interactive session, we will discuss and practice three concepts, including dynamic tensions, a creative facilitation lens to navigate complexity when differing perspectives surface; brainstretching, a practice of inserting brief but innovative prompts in your facilitation to provoke creative thinking; and test kitchen, an internal practice of prototyping and collaborating with others to advance your creative facilitation strategies. Not only will participants walk away with these three concepts to explore, but also next steps to deepen their understanding of facilitation as a creative practice.Join us for this special 90-minute Leadership Connections!
