Words cited like security, strength, support, and peace are challenging to uphold as the sands of time, of change, sink beneath our leadership feet.
How do we, as leaders, strengthen stability in the workplace and in our communities when change is ever-present and behaviors and habits are still shifting and settling into a post-pandemic environment? What's the right balance leaders must strike to honor stability and the needs of followers when transformation is critical to progress?
Hear from national experts and stability-building practitioners before you engage with fellow alumni from across the country in small groups, applying theories to practice.
