Pacesetter members serve as models and exemplars of the industry. This event will allow members to convene as a cohort and provide an unique opportunity to be among the visionary colleagues who are driving change in our country.

| The budget is not only a plan but a document that makes your values, priorities and strategy visible to others. We’ll look at the ways in which our Community Leadership Organizations are being asked to rethink their budgets and their programming in ways that will allow them to be flexible and relevant for the future. | |

| Braver Angeles is an organization dedicated to depolarizing American politics. Our speaker will share information about their “With Malice Toward None” initiative as well as other ways they might be able to partner with your CLP. We’ll also get to learn a new skill for our facilitators tool belt and try out one of their exercises for holding difficult conversations. | |

| We’ll spend this time anticipating trends that impact our mission and our relevance in the communities we serve and re-image how we might adapt to get ahead of the curve. | |
