Event Description

Take a deep dive into the mechanics of polarity thinking so you can bring this strategic process back to your respective community leadership organization. Polarities are pairs of values, competencies, or strategic objectives that seem to oppose one another but are actually interdependent.  Common leadership polarities are: Accountability and Support, Individual and Team, Get the Job Done and Build Relationships, Continuity (Stability) and Transformation (Change), Justice and Mercy, Intent and Impact, Direct and Empower. In this highly interactive workshop, participants will develop competency in identifying, mapping out, and leveraging common polarities in the community.
