In alignment with these goals, the Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) has formed an exploratory Accreditation Committee to support the development of an accreditation process for Community Leadership Programs nationwide.\n \nWhile every Community Leadership Program is unique, accreditation confirms competency, sustainability, compliance, and adherence to recognized best practices. This effort is being championed by Tara Sargent (Leadership Washington County) and Sasha Smith (Leadership North Houston).
